Professor Abdul Rashid Abdul Aziz is with the School of Housing Building and Planning, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has published 70 articles in international refereed journals such as Construction Management and Economics and Habitat International. He is the co-editor in chief of the Journal Construction Industry in Developing Countries. To-date, he has produced 20 post-graduate research students. He has worked on research consultancy projects for the International Labour Organisation, Singaporean Contractors Association Ltd and the Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board.

John Rogers - CEO of BIM consultancy Synoedge Sdn. Bhd. was raised in a construction family and has spent his entire working life in the Industry, with the exception of an eight year sojourn in IT and Telecomms. He is now uniting this experience by completing his doctorate on the adoption of BIM in Malaysia, and continued R&D in the digitized built environment.
